Experienced Civil Plant Operator Wanted
Kaizen Civil is looking for an experienced plant operator to join our growing team.
We are a Melbourne-based civil construction company working across both EBA and non-EBA projects, with the majority of our work located in the inner city and surrounding suburbs.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience operating civil construction plant and machinery
✅ Willingness to jump on the ground and help the crew when required
✅ Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
✅ Ability to work well in a team
