I am applying for the Leading Hand / Site Supervisor position and bring over 20 years of hands‑on civil construction experience across major Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure projects, including rail, road, tunnel and large‑scale civil works. My background combines strong OHS leadership, daily crew coordination, and the ability to operate excavators, rollers, telehandlers, haul trucks and rigging equipment to support safe and efficient delivery on high‑risk sites.

I have extensive experience leading crews of 5–100+, running prestarts and toolbox talks, managing SWMS/JSA processes, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining compliance across complex civil environments. My work in operations and business development has also given me exposure to Tier 1 tender processes, labour planning, workforce mobilisation, and client engagement—skills that strengthen my ability to support supervisors, engineers and project managers on active sites.

I am fully available for interstate, regional and remote work, including FIFO/DIDO

rosters, and have a strong track record adapting quickly to new teams, site conditions and safety systems. I bring a reliable, safety‑focused and hands‑on leadership style, with the flexibility to step onto machinery when required to maintain production and support the crew.
