Free – The free plan offers you a great way to get some exposure without any cost, however, if you offer more than one service or business type you are limited to selecting only one category under one listing.
Premium 1 – This plan allows you to enhance your listing with rich additional features and options to help gain higher exposure. Suitable if you offer multiple services with the one business by giving you the option to select multiple categories. If you own more than one business, and wish to list them separately, or if you have multiple locations, then we recommend that you select Premium 3.
Premium 3 – This plan offers the same as features as Premium 1, however , the listing limit has been increased to 3 listings. Applicable to businesses with more than one location/branch or companies with more than one business.
In order to add a listing, users must first register for an account. Once an account is registered, click on Add Listing and select the preferred pricing package. Then simply enter your information in the form and follow the prompts to continue to payments.
Please note that listings may not appear immediately as they will need to be vetted and approved.
You can make changes to your business listing at anytime by simply logging into your account and using the Your Listings menu item under account profile section.

You can cancel anytime by giving Earthworks Hub written notice by email. Simply send an email to info@earthworkshub.com.au, and request a cancellation.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to:
cancel your service contract with us; and
a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value.
If a failure with the goods or service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service. Refunds or rectifications cannot be given for reasons such as change of mind or failure to not understand properly.
Unless otherwise notified, after cancelling, the listing may remain active until the expiry of the subscription. After which, it will be removed.
The business name should be your registered name, sole trader name or domain name. It needs to be in title case (which in most instances means each word starts with a capital and the rest of the word is lowercase) for easy readability and can’t include extra descriptions.
Only one free listing per business is allowed.
Each listing allows for one business in one location. Businesses with more than one physical location, such as another office, franchise or place of operation can purchase another listing for each location. Hence why we have the Premium 3 package available.
If you’re an online business, we’ll need your head office address. If you don’t want to display your address, it can be suppressed.
Subscription package prices may be varied and changed anytime by Earthworks Hub. Price increases will not take effect on existing listings until the end of the latest listing term.
You’re responsible for notifying us if you change your contact details.
Earthworks Hub reserves the right to block, delete, reject or refuse publishing and advertising rights to any party, person or business who is believed (at our discretion!) to be publishing or posting excessive listings or content. Example: a business that creates a new free listing for each suburb that it services.

If you have forgotten which email address you used to register your listing, our support team will need to unassign the registered email account. Once unassigned, you will be able to claim and manage your listing with a new email address. Please let us know by contacting us at info@earthworkshub.com.au and supply the details of your business.

Once you have managed to log back in, you’ll be able to update your email address.
